By accessing or using MyPitchGym ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MyPitchGym is an AI-powered sales roleplay tool that allows users to practice sales pitches against an AI prospect. The Service includes script generation, voice-based roleplay, coaching feedback, and role reversal features.
New users receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method (credit/debit card) is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period.
The Service is offered at $29.00 USD per month. Billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
You are responsible for the content you submit (product descriptions, scripts, objections, etc.). You retain ownership of your content. You grant MyPitchGym a limited license to process your content through AI services solely to provide the Service to you. We do not store your practice transcripts or personal sales content after your session ends.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, simulate prospects, and provide coaching. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. MyPitchGym is a practice tool, not professional sales advice. You are responsible for evaluating and adapting any AI-generated content before using it in real sales situations.
MyPitchGym is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost sales, lost revenue, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be charged the new rate at their next billing cycle after the notice period.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
