1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the Service:

• Account data: Email address (only if you contact us). We do not require an email to sign up — authentication is handled via Stripe checkout.
• Practice content: Product descriptions, scripts, benefits, objections, and call transcripts you submit during practice sessions. These are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after your session ends.
• Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or process your credit card information.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics data such as page views and feature usage (if analytics are enabled).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service (script generation, roleplay, coaching)
• To process payments via Stripe
• To improve the Service and fix issues
• To communicate with you about your account if necessary

3. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third parties:

• OpenAI: Processes your practice content (product info, scripts, transcripts) to generate AI responses. OpenAI's API processes this data in real-time and does not retain it beyond 30 days. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: Processes all payments. Your card information never touches our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Hosts the website and API. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage

Your subscription status is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It is not sent to or stored on our servers. Your practice content is processed in real-time through the OpenAI API and is not persisted in our database.

If you use a supported browser, voice input and output are handled entirely by your device's browser using the Web Speech API. Your voice is not recorded, stored, or transmitted — it is processed locally and sent as text to the AI.

5. Data Retention

We do not retain your practice content (scripts, transcripts, product information) after your session ends. Transaction records are retained by Stripe according to their policies.

6. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. If we enable analytics in the future, we will use privacy-respecting tools and update this policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of any data we hold about you (contact us via the email on the homepage)
• Cancel your subscription at any time
• Clear your local data by clearing your browser's localStorage

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security practices. API keys and secrets are stored as environment variables on Vercel and are never exposed to the client. All API communication uses HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
